How can I recover a forgotten password?

Click the “Lost your password” button on the login page. You’ll need to fill in the email address you used to create the account and we’ll send you an email right away to help you!

Want to change your current password?

Once logged in, click the “My Account” tab. Then click the link “edit your password and account details.” You’ll be prompted to change your information. Voila!

What security measures does Charity Benefits Unlimited provide to ensure customers’ credit card information is safe?

Charity Benefits Unlimited processes credit cards through Stripe. Credit card numbers are never stored and are protected by a PCI compliant card processing infrastructure. Stripe uses online banking industry-standard secure connection over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption. Information is sent securely using an encrypted SSL connection to PCI DSS compliant Stripe servers.

When will my item ship?

We will begin shipping items out starting Wednesday,  Feb 15th. Also, please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy.

Can I return an item?

Because we host these auctions for charity events, proceeds are promptly delivered to the benefitting organization as soon as possible. Therefore, we do not accept any refunds as it would affect those donations, but may be able to accommodate exchanges. Please contact us for details.

I’m having technical issues, who ya gonna call?
